Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Exercise Science and Human Performance in 2002 from West Virginia University. He received a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2003. Adam completed orthopedic manual residency training through Evidence in Motion in 2009 and became a certified orthopedic specialist in 2010 through the American Physical Therapy Association. He earned his Doctorate degree in Physical therapy from Evidence in Motion in 2013. Adam has been the facility director of the Shinnston office of Mountain State Physical Therapy since 2006. His particular interests include manual therapy of the spine, pelvis, and extremities. Adam is also certified in Graston Technique and Functional Dry Needling.
Alison "Paige" Hacker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2014 from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2017 from West Virginia University. She joined Mountain State Physical therapy in June of 2017 and is board certified by the state of West Virginia. Her interests include manual therapy, sports related injuries/prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Erric Waddell is a 2011 graduate of Pierpont Community and Technical College with a AAS Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Erric is board certified by the state of West Virginia. He has been employed with Mountain State Physical Therapy since 2002.
